📦 Ordering
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Some products have low minimum order requirements, while others can be ordered individually. If you're not sure, just reach out and we'll be happy to help.
Can I mix sizes and colors?
Absolutely. Most apparel orders can include a mix of sizes, colors, and garment styles depending on the product.
Do you provide artwork or logo design?
We can clean up or prepare most existing logos at little to no cost. If you need a logo designed from scratch, we'll provide a quote before getting started.
I don't have a logo. Can you help?
Yes! Whether you need a simple text logo or a complete brand design, we'd be happy to help.
Production
How long do orders take?
Most orders are completed within 1–2 weeks after artwork approval. Larger or specialty orders may require additional time.
Can I rush an order?
Sometimes! If you have a deadline, let us know before placing your order and we'll do everything we can to help.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. We'll send a digital proof for approval before production begins whenever applicable.

What products do you offer?
We offer custom hats, apparel, laser-engraved products, promotional products, patches, signs, decals, and much more.
Do you offer embroidery and printing?
Yes! We offer embroidery, DTF printing, UV printing, laser engraving, and custom patch production. While some printed products are produced through trusted U.S. production partners, every order is completed to our standards and backed by our commitment to quality.
Can I provide my own apparel?
Yes, but if you have the option, we'd rather supply the apparel. We know which garments work best with each decoration method, allowing us to deliver more consistent results and stand behind the finished product. Customer-supplied apparel is accepted on a case-by-case basis and additional terms may apply.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you ship?
Yes! We ship nationwide and also offer local pickup in Harrison, Arkansas.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes. Local delivery may be available for qualifying orders.
Business & Schools
Do you work with businesses?
Absolutely. Businesses are a large part of what we do. We offer bulk pricing, employee uniform programs, promotional products, and custom ordering websites.
Do you work with schools?
Yes! We offer student uniforms, staff apparel, spirit wear, athletic apparel, and custom online ordering websites for schools.
Can you build an online ordering website for our business or school?
Yes. We build and host custom ordering websites that make it easy for employees, parents, or students to place orders online.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with other print shops, embroidery shops, promotional product companies, and businesses looking for wholesale production services.
Will you contact my customers?
No. Your customers stay your customers. We're here to help behind the scenes and support your business.
Do You Offer Blind Shipping?
Yes. We offer blind shipping for many wholesale orders. Your products can be shipped directly to your customer without Ozark Style & Apparel Co. branding on the package, helping you provide a seamless experience while keeping your business front and center.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and several other secure payment options available during checkout.
