At Ozark Style Apparel Co., every custom order is created specifically for each customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

🎨 Artwork Approval & Design Files

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, and design details before approving production.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, Ozark Style Apparel Co. is not responsible for errors or changes requested after approval.

Submitted logos, artwork, and designs must be owned by the customer or used with proper permission. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any provided artwork.

We are happy to help prepare customer-provided artwork for production whenever possible. While we do not typically charge separate design or setup fees for basic artwork adjustments, any edited, recreated, vectorized, print-ready, or laser-ready files created by Ozark Style Apparel Co. remain the property of Ozark Style Apparel Co.

Final production files are not included with the purchase of physical products. If you would like to purchase completed design files for outside use, please contact us for availability and pricing.

🖥️ Digital Mockups & Product Variations

Digital mockups are provided as a visual representation of the final product. Due to differences in screens, materials, production methods, and handmade processes, slight variations in color, placement, size, or appearance may occur.

These small differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.

📸 Product Photos & Marketing

We love showing off the work we create! Ozark Style Apparel Co. reserves the right to photograph and share completed products for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes.

If your order requires privacy before release or should not be shared, please let us know before ordering.

Pricing, product availability, colors, and brands may change without notice. We will always communicate any changes that affect an active order.
