At Ozark Style Apparel Co., we custom-make every order with care. Below you’ll find important details about our shipping process, turnaround times, and delivery options.

📦 Processing & Turnaround

Most custom orders ship within 1–2 weeks after artwork approval and payment.

Rush processing may be available — contact us before ordering to confirm.

We’ll notify you via email when your order ships and provide tracking.

 U.S. Shipping

We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Free shipping on orders over $300

Orders under $300 are charged based on real-time rates

🚗 Local Delivery & Pickup

Orders over $200 within 25 miles of Harrison, Arkansas are eligible for free local delivery

We’ll coordinate delivery timing after your order is confirmed

Completed pickup orders will be held for a reasonable amount of time after we notify you they are ready. Due to limited storage space, orders left unclaimed for more than 60 days after completion cannot be guaranteed.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before this point; however, Ozark Style Apparel Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unavailable items after the unclaimed order period has passed.

Because all custom items are made specifically for each customer, unclaimed orders are not eligible for refunds.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss possible options.

🛑 Shipping Delays & Errors

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first.

We’ll do our best to assist, but replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
