🔁 Return & Refund Policy + Product Warranty
All sales on custom items are final.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, we do not offer returns or refunds — each item is made-to-order and customized specifically for you.
Completed custom orders that are not picked up within our unclaimed order period are not eligible for refunds. Please see our Local Pickup & Unclaimed Orders policy for full details.
Inspection & Issues:
Every item is carefully inspected before shipping or delivery. However, if something slips through and there’s a problem with your order, you must report it within 7 days of receiving your items. We’ll review the issue and do what’s necessary to make it right.
👕 Shirt Warranty & Care Instructions
Care: Cold water wash, inside out. Tumble dry on low heat.
DTF Print Longevity: Our DTF prints typically last 40–50 washes or more when cared for properly.
Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and ironing directly over the print for maximum lifespan.
🧢 Hat Warranty & Care Instructions
Care: Hand wash in cold water only. Do not put hats in the dishwasher or dryer.
Lifetime Patch Warranty: All patchwork is guaranteed for the life of the hat.
If a patch fails under normal use, we’ll replace the hat free of charge — no questions asked.
