Cancellation policy
📋 Custom Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but because every custom order is made specifically for each customer, the following cancellation terms apply:
Orders may be canceled before materials have been ordered and before artwork has been approved for production.
If materials or products have already been ordered specifically for your job, a 25% restocking fee may apply. This helps cover non-refundable costs associated with custom materials, supplies, and vendor fees.
🎨 After Artwork Approval
Final artwork approval confirms that you have reviewed and approved all design details, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and overall appearance.
Once final artwork approval has been given and your order moves into production, cancellations, refunds, or major changes are no longer available.
At this stage, materials have been prepared, production files have been created, and time/labor has been committed specifically to your order.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email before artwork approval and production begins.
By placing a custom order with Ozark Style Apparel Co., you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
