Welcome to Ozark Style Apparel Co.! By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Custom Order Process

All custom products are made-to-order specifically for each customer.

Custom orders require final artwork approval before production begins. By approving artwork, you confirm that all spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and design details have been reviewed and accepted.

Once final artwork approval has been provided and your order moves into production, cancellations, refunds, or major changes are no longer available.

  1. Customer Provided Artwork & Design Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission or ownership rights for any logos, artwork, images, or designs submitted to Ozark Style Apparel Co.

Any artwork adjustments, recreations, vector conversions, print-ready files, laser-ready files, or production files created by Ozark Style Apparel Co. remain the property of Ozark Style Apparel Co.

The purchase of a physical product does not include ownership or transfer of production-ready design files unless separately agreed upon.

  1. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We accept secure payments through approved checkout options.

Orders must be paid according to the agreed payment terms before production begins.

Pricing, product availability, brands, colors, and materials may change at any time without notice. We will communicate any changes that affect active orders.

  1. Turnaround, Shipping & Pickup

Turnaround times begin after artwork approval and payment completion.

Most custom orders are completed within 1–2 weeks; however, timing may vary depending on order size, product availability, and production requirements.

Ozark Style Apparel Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect customer-provided information.

Completed pickup orders are subject to our Local Pickup & Unclaimed Orders policy.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once artwork has been approved and production has started.

  1. Warranty & Product Care

We stand behind our work and offer warranty coverage on qualifying products, including our lifetime hat patchwork warranty under normal use.

Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, improper care, misuse, intentional damage, or failure to follow care instructions.

  1. Product Variations

Because our products are custom-made, slight variations in color, placement, sizing, material appearance, or final finish may occur.

Digital mockups are intended as a visual representation and may not perfectly match the final product.

  1. Use of Content

All website content, photos, designs, and original artwork created by Ozark Style Apparel Co. may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested before ordering.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Ozark Style Apparel Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products, services, or website.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you agree to the most current version.
