AEPA Academy provided apparel for DTF Transfer

Already have your own apparel? No problem! We'd be happy to apply our premium Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers to your garments.

To help ensure the best possible results, please review the information below before dropping off your apparel.

Garment Requirements

For the best adhesion and print quality, customer-supplied garments should be:

• Brand new, unworn, and unwashed.
• Free from detergents, fabric softeners, stain repellents, oils, or other contaminants that could affect adhesion.
• Clean and in good condition.

If a garment isn't suitable for the DTF process, we'll let you know before production whenever possible.

Garment Compatibility

DTF works beautifully on most cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blend garments. However, some materials and garment features may not be suitable, including:

• Mesh fabrics
• Waterproof or water-resistant materials
• Specialty-coated or treated fabrics
• Garments with heat-sensitive trims, zippers, buttons, vinyl, or other decorative elements

If you're unsure whether your garment is a good candidate, we're always happy to take a look before your order is placed.

Before We Begin

By providing your own apparel, you acknowledge that:

• We'll use the same professional equipment, materials, and care that we use on every order.
• DTF performance can vary depending on the garment's fabric, construction, and previous treatments.
• Because we didn't manufacture or supply the garment, we can't guarantee how every fabric will respond to the heat and pressure required during the application process.

While we stand behind the quality of our application process, characteristics of the garment itself—such as fabric composition, specialty finishes, hidden manufacturing defects, or heat sensitivity—are outside our control.

Apparel Drop Off and Pick Up

Please provide your preferred contact information below so we can arrange drop off and pick up of your apparel.

During the school year please leave your apparel at the school office with your name and contact information matching the name on your order. This helps us ensure your garments are correctly matched to your order.

Once your order is complete your apparel will be returned to the school office and labeled with your name for pickup unless other arrangements have been made.
