AEPA Academy provided apparel for DTF Transfer

Have your own apparel? We can apply Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers to customer-supplied garments.

To help achieve the best possible results, all customer-provided apparel must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed. Previously worn or laundered garments may contain detergents, fabric softeners, oils, or other contaminants that can negatively affect transfer adhesion.

Please note the following before providing your own apparel:

• Customer-supplied garments must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
• DTF transfers are not compatible with all fabrics. Materials such as mesh, waterproof or water-resistant fabrics, and certain specialty-coated or treated materials are not recommended and may not accept the transfer properly.
• While we take every precaution during the heat pressing process, some garments may contain heat-sensitive components such as buttons, zippers, trims, or synthetic materials that can warp, discolor, or melt under the temperatures required for DTF application.
• Because we did not manufacture or supply the garment, we cannot guarantee compatibility with the DTF process.

By providing your own apparel, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Apparel has been approved by AEPA Academy Administration 
• Print adhesion and durability cannot be guaranteed on customer-supplied garments.
• We are not responsible for print failures, adhesion issues, fabric damage, discoloration, melted or damaged trims, or any other issues that may occur during the heat pressing process due to the garment's material, construction, previous treatment, or manufacturing defects.
• We will use industry best practices and exercise reasonable care when decorating your apparel, but all customer-provided garments are processed at the customer's own risk.

Apparel Drop Off and Pick Up

Please provide your preferred contact information below so we can arrange drop off and pick up of your apparel.

During the school year please leave your apparel at the school office with your name and contact information matching the name on your order. This helps us ensure your garments are correctly matched to your order.

Once your order is complete your apparel will be returned to the school office and labeled with your name for pickup unless other arrangements have been made.
