How to Order

• Add any special instructions before adding your order to the cart.

Standard shapes include rectangle, circle, wide hexagon, and custom die-cut designs.

Pricing

Dual-Layer & Tri-Layer Acrylic Patches

• 1–24: $5.00 each
• 25–49: $4.50 each
• 50+: $4.00 each

Pricing includes precision engraving, cutting, and premium USA-made adhesive backing.

If your design requires extensive artwork modifications or additional production work, we'll contact you for approval before any additional charges are applied.

Artwork

• Most print-ready artwork is accepted at no additional charge.
• Minor artwork cleanup is included on most orders.
• AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and high-resolution PNG files are preferred.
• Custom logo creation or extensive artwork modifications may require a design fee.
• If a design fee is required, we'll contact you for approval before any work begins.

Color & Design

Acrylic patches are engraved to reveal the color beneath the surface, creating a crisp, layered appearance without ink or printing.

• Dual-layer acrylic provides two-color designs.
• Tri-layer acrylic provides up to three-color designs.
• Fine details and extremely small text may need slight adjustments for the best engraving results.

Adhesive

Every patch includes our premium USA-made heat-activated adhesive, providing a strong, long-lasting bond when applied correctly.
